List all orders

GET/api/v1/orders/admin

Lists orders across the platform. Staff-only.

Requires Authorization

ADMIN, SUPPORT, ACCOUNTANT only

`page`number	Defaults to 1.
`limit`number	Max 100. Defaults to 20.
`status`string	Filter by order status.
`shopId`string	Filter by shop.
